My dog loves this ball. A few of the pieces of felt have fallen out but do not look torn. Is this normal? How are these balls put together? It looks like everything should be held by the center zip ties.
This is the second mat I purchased, it’s the best!

Great product, Ciri loves each piece
I love this catnip mat and my Riley loves it even more! It is by far her favorite Christmas present ever! It is very well made,better than expected. Really cute too,I got #2 multi cats. Also my order arrived quickly in a Christmas pattern box. I did not even open it,I placed it under the tree the way I received it.
We literally just opened the box and she’s going crazy… just with the tissue and Christmas card… OMgosh she loves it Thank you for making her Christmas.
